If you are advertising here, I would simply like to ask you to put [ADV] in your subject title if you are advertising, [LB] if it is a link back, or [AFF] if it is an affiliate request.
I will not give you a form to fill out, but I do not want any sites containing adult content advertised here. Doing so will result in immediate banning of your IP address. We do not tolerate such sites here.
Aside from that, so long as you don't post advertisements for the same site three times on the same page or something like that, feel free to advertise to your heart's content! =)
